The NHS has decided to allow automatic access for all patients to their records on the NHS app however, there have been some concerns raised about this across the country that this might not be safe for some vulnerable patients. For now the practice has decided to put this on hold while we look at this further. If you did want to access your record in the meantime though you can contact the practice to opt in or email clinicalinfo.M91034@nhs.net
